very attractive south-east facing apartment is on the 1st floor
of the 4 storey Costamarina complex in the prestigious area of
Cabo Roig, and overlooks the beautiful and well maintained pool
and terrace area which can only be accessed by residents, making
it both safe and private for you and your family.
With 24 hour reception, comfortable residents lounge,
underground and street level parking, lifts to all floors,
adjoining cafe-bar "Bar Med" if you feel like a snack
or drink, and within walking distance of the beaches and local
shops and restaurants, this apartment will suit young and old
alike.
A new 24 hour Medical Centre is within 100 metres of the
complex.
The spacious (110 sq.m) accomodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 1
double and 2 twins, with an additional sofa bed in the living
area. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes with internal drawer
units, with access to the large terrace/balcony from the double
room.
The large living and dining area has comfortable seating, dining
table and chairs for 6, and also leads onto the terrace/balcony
which overlooks the pool and has partial sea views. Outside
furniture and sun brolly are also provided.
The American stlye galley kitchen is well equiped with washing
machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee
maker, juicer, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils,
cutlery and crockery, should you decide to eat in.
The family bathroom has bath with overhead shower, toilet,
bidet, and wash basin with ample storage underneath.
For your comfort and enjoyment, we have now installed
hot/cold air-conditioning, and satellite TV showing most of the
UK, and some of the Sky, stations.
For your added peace of mind there is a security gate and
safe fitted.

above rates are for the apartment, and covers up to 6 sharing.
- for short stays / larger groups please refer.

The
rental rates are inclusive of the following:
Meet and Greet Service: On arrival, our
local representative will show you round the apartment
and supply the keys.
Cleaning and Laundry fees:
Unlike
other property rentals there is no additional or final
charge for cleaning of the apartment and linen. Fresh
bed linen, towels ( not beach towels ) and
t-towels are provided for your arrival, and will be
replaced weekly. Feel free to use the washing machine or
iron/ironing board provided for more frequent laundry.
Utility charges:
No additional charges for normal water and electricity usage.
Important note re air-conditioning:
Although we have installed hot & cold
air-conditioning for your added comfort, it operates
through a meter system to avoid misuse and high running
costs. Our representative will explain how it works and
supply the necessary card to operate it, at a small
additional charge. If operated as instructed, with doors
and windows closed, you will maximise the comfort the
units supply at a very reasonable cost. If you prefer,
gas heaters are provided for the odd cool winter night. |
Booking
arrangements & conditions:
A
non-refundable deposit of 150euro per week is required
to secure your booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks
before departure. If departure is within 6 weeks the
full amount is payable when booking.
In addition, a 150euro security deposit is required at
time of final payment, to cover damage, excessive
cleaning, lost keys or remote controls. This will be
returned to you within 7 days of your return home, on
confirmation from our agent that the apartment has been
left in good order.
The apartment is normally ready from 2pm on arrival
days, and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure,
unless otherwise agreed in advance. Changeover days are
normally Saturdays, particularly in high season, but we
will facilitate alternative days if at all possible,
depending on other bookings.
To
facilitate safe and convenient payments we have signed
up to PayPal, a secure Internet payments system, which
will accept most credit and debit cards.

is no additional cost to you, as we absorb the charges)
